This mold is a two part mold and makes one side of the whoopie pie. One side will weigh about 2oz. You will need to make two sides to create one whoopie pie that will be approximaltely 5.5oz whoopie pie. (with bubble frosting included). The diameter is 2.5".
It is made of anodized aluminum that will not absorb any fragrance.
